Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for completing all internship related assignments and reports for both Gemini and the participating educational facility
The duration and timing of the internship will be arranged with the intern and the sponsoring educational facility
Qualification
Required
The student must be enrolled in a degree program from a college or university. Typically, this internship would occur after the student has taken most of the coursework required by the degree program
Takes responsibility for all work activities and personal actions
Self-starter with the ability to set and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
Design experience
Skills in Electrical engineering a plus
Skills in Software Engineering a plus
Skills in Mechatronics a plus
Manufacturing background/interest
LEAN experience
Working knowledge in SolidWorks or be capable of doing 3D modeling
Ability to drive continuous improvement change with a positive attitude
Highly collaborative, with ability to develop strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the company
Maintains high personal standards of conduct, has high interpersonal relationship integrity, and consistently does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it
