Department roles may include, but are not limited to: payment posting, cash reconciliation, refund/credit processing, insurance follow-up, customer service in a call center setting, self-pay collections, or claim submission
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
PC Knowledge
Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or similar experience in a healthcare environment
Ability to work more than 1 service line, 2 or more revenue cycle functions, or more than 1 site
Achieves or higher rating on annual performance evaluation—no corrective action in the past 12 months
Performance meets departmental standards for quality assurance, teamwork, customer service, and productivity
