Responsibilities

Customer Journey Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, to ensure satisfaction and retention, serving as a trusted advisor and proactive problem solver for customers
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders. Serve as primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement. Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities for value improvement, align internal teams to address any opportunities, gaps, or challenges
Revenue Growth and Contract Management: Drive profitable renewals of expiring contracts and identify upsell opportunities by recommending value-adding features that align with customer goals and maximize revenue within each commercial term
Management & Reporting: Track and report on key account management metrics including account retention, revenue retention, revenue growth, customer health, and customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles
Experience working with high-value complex customer accounts
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and align efforts toward common goals
Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Ability to understand complex customer needs and align them with business solutions effectively
Proven track record of measuring and reporting on key performance metrics and achieving department-set goals
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to innovate to constantly improve best practice
A general understanding of SaaS platforms and B2B customer success practices is essential

Preferred

Familiarity with parcel shipping or logistics industries is a plus but not required
