Responsibilities

Work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor
Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients
Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours directly with the Subleasing doctor
Care for patients with professional autonomy based on discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor
Utilize a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment

Independent Doctor of Optometry
Ability to provide high quality optometric care and service to patients
