Warehouse Logistics Manager
ALEXIS is a luxury brand seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment. This role is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain logistics efficiency.

Responsibilities
Lead all daily warehouse and stockroom operations, including receiving, organization, labeling, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment
Ensure the accurate and on-time processing of high daily order volumes, maintaining zero-tolerance standards for errors or delays
Manage all international shipments, including preparation and verification of commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation
Operate and optimize logistics systems, including ShipStation (required); AIMS360 experience strongly preferred
Build, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, efficiency, and quality
Maintain an impeccably organized stockroom, implementing clear systems for space utilization, cleanliness, and product accessibility
Strategically organize inbound product by category, delivery cadence, and priority
Monitor packaging and warehouse supply levels (boxes, tissue, tape, hangers, polybags, etc.) and proactively reorder to ensure uninterrupted operations
Maintain accurate inventory across multiple warehouse locations and support reconciliation, transfers, and audits as needed
Support photoshoot logistics, including coordination of outbound and inbound samples, clothing, and equipment returns
Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to ensure operational alignment and seamless execution
Manage relationships with third-party carriers, primarily UPS, ensuring cost-effective and on-time delivery performance
Take initiative on special projects, including warehouse layout optimization, process improvements, and seasonal volume planning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing warehouse, stockroom, or logistics operations in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment (fashion or retail strongly preferred)
Strong working knowledge of domestic and international shipping, logistics compliance, and documentation
Proficiency in ShipStation required
Proven ability to manage large order volumes with accuracy and efficiency
Strong leadership skills with experience training, motivating, and overseeing teams in high-demand settings
Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate operational needs
Preferred
AIMS360 experience strongly preferred
Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
