Human Resources Manager
Take a Seat People is a mission-driven ABA practice seeking a Human Resources Manager to support their operational backbone. The role involves managing HR systems, payroll, compliance, and providing leadership support in a fast-moving clinical environment.

Responsibilities
HR Systems & Payroll - Own payroll processing and HRIS platforms with absolute accuracy and data integrity
Benefits & Leave Administration - Manage benefits enrolment, leave tracking, and workers’ compensation claims
Compliance - Ensure full compliance with federal and Texas employment laws and internal policies
Employee Lifecycle - Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, delivering a professional, welcoming first experience
Leadership Support - Train and support clinic leaders on HR best practices, supervision standards, and employee relations
Executive & HQ Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team
Office Coordination - Manage documentation, meeting coordination, and central record-keeping
Cross-Clinic Collaboration - Act as the primary HR point of contact between HQ and clinic locations
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in HR or administrative management
Technical Strength - Solid understanding of benefits, workers' comp, payroll, and HR compliance
Systems Confidence - Comfortable working across HRIS, payroll platforms, and modern admin tools
Professional Traits - Exceptionally organised, detail-driven, clear communicator, and discreet
Preferred
Healthcare or ABA experience strongly preferred
