Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of ETL processes for data marts using Snowflake and SQL Server
Design and maintain data pipelines utilizing Azure Data Factory to support operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and consistent data flow
Monitor and optimize data workflows to maintain high performance and reliability
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to enhance operational efficiency
Communicate effectively with team members to support project execution and alignment
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in cloud-based data engineering and data warehousing
Proficiency in Snowflake, including automated data ingestion workflows and SQL procedures
Hands-on experience with Azure data tools, SQL Server, and Blob Storage
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to uphold data accuracy
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Certification in Azure or Snowflake is a plus
Familiarity with data modeling and database design
Knowledge of data governance and quality best practices
Experience with medical claims processing systems and related workflows
Background in data science and analytics is advantageous
