Responsibilities
Hands-on technology leader who oversees processes relating to data collection, cleansing, analyzing, and reporting
Ensuring deliverables (e.g., client outcomes reports, operational dashboards, and Quarterly Business Review presentations) are high quality and produced on time
Prioritize the team’s backlog
Lead scrum meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, refinements, and retros)
Present research and outcomes findings that tell a story to both internal and external stakeholders
Identify areas to increase department as well as company efficiency
Encourage professional development and growth of reporting team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of industry specific experience plus 1+ years of management experience
Ability to read small print
Requires mobility of arms to reach and dexterity of hands to grasp and manipulate small objects
Performs lifting, pushing and/or pulling which does not exceed 25 pounds and is an infrequent aspect of the job
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Products, and Outlook
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects / relationships simultaneously
Strong time management and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to distill down complicated data
Ability to work as a team, be coachable, and collaborate with key stakeholders across different functions
Proficient with analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SPSS, SQL, Looker, Tableau)
Lead a team of 4-8 Data Analysts and Data Analyst Associates
Preferred
10+ years of industry specific experience plus 5+ years management experience
