This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, designed for an experienced functional analyst who can own Materials Management data end-to-end and partner closely with business, BI, and technical teams in a complex SAP environment.

Responsibilities
Lead hands-on SAP MM configuration including Plants, Storage Locations, Procurement, STOs, Inventory Management, and Logistics
Own Materials Master data strategy and execution across SAP landscapes
Support MRP, material planning, cycle counting, inventory valuation, and stock reconciliation
Drive data extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, reconciliation, and mass loads (required)
Lead MM data activities during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care
Ensure data integrity across multiple ETL and reporting initiatives
Configure and support SAP MDG approval workflows, business validations, derivations, and consolidation
Support MDG UI customization, Business Context Viewer, and Fiori-based workflows
Create functional and technical specifications for ABAP, BI, and ETL teams
Configure and troubleshoot IDOC / EDI integrations (MATMAS, CLFMAS)
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs
Prepare user training documentation and conduct training sessions
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of hands-on experience as a SAP Systems Analyst / Functional Analyst
Strong, proven expertise in SAP MM configuration
Hands-on experience with SAP MDG and Fiori applications
Proven success with data migration and mass uploads
End-to-end project experience as the primary MM functional resource
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required
