Senior Media Strategist
Click Rain is seeking a Senior Media Strategist responsible for developing and implementing media strategies for clients. The role involves creating media plans, analyzing audience data, and representing the company in client interactions.

Responsibilities
Develop media plans for specific client audience groups, collaborating and understanding how the messaging and media channel needs to change
Development of media reporting structure aligned with marketing and creative strategy. Includes overall KPI tracking
Conduct audience data analysis and insights to steer campaign direction
Participate in new business pitches
Ability to work in a variety of software and technology programs, with understanding on how each program integrates with another
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge and understanding of relevant media and marketing platforms
Experience working in various DSPs, Meta Ads, and with media placement vendors
Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics
Strong writing and project management skills
Strong problem-solving/solution-oriented mindset
Self-starter with the ability to identify client needs and opportunities and address them with little direction
Excellent presentation skills
Understanding of when to think big and when to think tactical
Starts being able to lead a client through most business challenges within the scope of the project
Stays calm under pressure and calms those around you
Has mastered the knowledge of proactive & professional communication in every facet of their role
Ability to mentor others to success
Knows what resources are available to problem solve and can effectively use them to find solutions
Models professionalism to all and is able to mentor younger team members in their knowledge
An excellent manager of time - embodies on time and on budget
