IT Sales Representative

GoExceed is a leading Data Management Company, currently providing Wireless Expense Management (WEM) managed service solutions. They are seeking a motivated Inside IT Reseller Account Representative to manage and expand an established portfolio of reseller and direct customer accounts, with a focus on driving growth through upselling and new account development.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing reseller and direct client accounts
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including IT leaders, Procurement teams, and Finance decision-makers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts to maximize account value
Prospect, qualify, and develop new customer accounts to drive incremental revenue
Collaborate with internal engineering and technical resources to design solutions aligned with customer objectives
Maintain a strong working knowledge of IT solutions, including:
Mobility and endpoint devices
Networking and infrastructure
Cloud services
Hardware and software procurement
Prepare and deliver professional client-facing presentations, proposals, and reporting
Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain strong CRM discipline
Ensure timely follow-up, quoting accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Required

Minimum of 5 years experience in IT sales, account management, or channel reseller environments
Proven success managing and growing B2B accounts in a technology-focused role
Strong knowledge of IT solutions, quoting, and procurement processes across mobility, networking, cloud, and hardware
Telecom experience is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM and ERP platforms such as HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar tools
Self-starter mentality with a strong drive for results, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Preferred

Experience working directly with Distribution, Manufacturers, and other VARs
Exposure to telecom (wireless, VoIP, connectivity services)
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and navigate distributor ecosystems
Proven track record of quality client relationships and project execution
