Responsibilities

Serve as the CSEL program manager and technical subject matter expert
Perform management, training, and instructor certification
Support to CSEL over-the-horizon (OTH) and line of sight (LOS) training exercises
Experience using CSEL web application and Portable Tactical Interrogator Unit (PTIU)
Serve as the overall system administrator for the CSEL training architecture
Document, use program checklists, develop execution schedules, transition plans, and exercise scheduling preparation

Required

Two (2) years' experience/knowledge in and demonstrate familiarity with the DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture
Operations of the CSEL web-app terminal and/or CSEL base station
Experience operating the radio and prior experience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environment
Active U.S. Clearance

Preferred

DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture: 4 years

Secret security clearance
