Responsibilities
Assist the Director of IT to establish, plan, and administer the overall policies and goals for the Information Technology department
Network administration and helpdesk activities servicing Barrington Orthopedic Specialists and all ancillary companies
Analyze the needs of different departments and determine ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems
Analyze, troubleshoot and evaluate technology issues
Responsible for onboarding new hires and assisting with one-on-one training, logging equipment, and troubleshooting IT related equipment such as Windows Servers, VM WARE, Server backups, Network Switches, Laptops, Workstations, Ring Central Phone System, Printers, X-Ray Modalities, Fax and credit card machines
Support employees by helping them via the telephone or giving instructions on how to use business-specific programs or working with other vendors to resolve problems
Qualification
Required
College graduate or IT Certification / education with Microsoft Certification preferred
1+ years of experience, knowledge of servers and networks required
Preferred
1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
