Responsibilities
Story Discovery and Development
Internal Storyhunting: Embed yourself with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify technical achievements and human-interest stories that align with our brand pillars
Format Agility: Adapt stories for multiple formats, for both internal and external content: a technical blog post, a 60-second "day-in-the-life" video, a LinkedIn article, or a photo essay
Storyboarding: Draft scripts and visual storyboards that bridge the gap between complex AI concepts and relatable, accessible storytelling
Production: Be ready to capture video and photo assets on the fly—whether it's an interview with a lead engineer or behind-the-scenes at a test track
Writing: Write engaging social media posts, blogs posts and internal notes that position our technology as a market leader and showcases commitment to innovation and team work
Short-Form Content: Produce and edit quick-turnaround social clips that feel authentic, human, and informative
Technical Translation: Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and translate "engineer-speak" into stories that resonate with the public, business partners, regulators, and investors
External Voice: Help capture the "voice of our customers" through interviews and community stories
Qualification
Required
4–7 years in journalism or content creation
Exceptional long-form and short-form copywriting skills
Proficient in mobile or photography and videography
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools to produce 'ready-to-post' assets
A natural storyteller and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover why a technology matters
Must show a variety of work (e.g., articles, videos you scripted/shot, and social posts)
Preferred
Experience in tech, automotive, or aerospace
