Maintain and enhance the reliability of the client’s NICE CXOne platform
Combine operational support, platform improvement, and stability management
Drive meaningful technical change in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with NICE CXOne (Studio, IVR, ACD, Routing)
Troubleshooting complex contact center workflows
Supporting enterprise-scale contact center environments
Strong ownership mindset and independent problem-solving
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub integration
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years in support or platform engineering roles within contact centers or SaaS environments
Preferred
Experience in regulated industry environments
Knowledge of observability tools and metrics analysis
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/CTI systems
Platform automation and scripting expertise
Knowledge of SaaS architecture and cloud deployment
Relevant certifications in NICE CXOne or DevOps practices are a plus
