Responsibilities
Lead outreach and engagement activities within the assigned functional area
Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and overall value
Develop and deliver contracts, departmental, project, and/or financial reports to customers, partners, and stakeholders
Facilitate planning, logistics, and execution of conferences, symposiums, and events to support strategic partnership goals
Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate engagements with senior officials and executives across government, private sector, and academia
Prepare and deliver briefings, talking points, and point papers in alignment with the client's strategic partnership plan
Act as a technical liaison with partners and facilitate working group meetings, authoring post-meeting reports and summaries
Use NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (required)
Bachelor's degree + 18 years, Master's degree + 10 years, or no degree + 24 years of relevant experience
Experience in partnership engagement, outreach, or strategic communications
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders
Experience working within the Intelligence Community
Previous experience in Insider Threat and Operations Security (OPSEC) programs
Familiarity with coordinating multi-stakeholder engagements across government, private industry, and academic institutions
Experience developing and implementing communication strategies to increase program utilization
