Qualification
Required
Strong project management, scheduling, and leadership skills
Experience with onsite operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and construction best practices
Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and specifications
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Experience in construction management with a proven track record of site supervision
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in all interactions
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as OSHA and a valid driver's license preferred
Additional technical or industry-specific education is a plus
