Human Resources Administrator
Schwebel Baking Company is a family-owned business and one of the fastest-growing independent wholesale bakers in the country. They are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support the HR department with administrative tasks, employee relations, and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
Support the Human Resources department and employees by performing a wide range of administrative and HR‑related tasks
Plays a key part in employee relations, recordkeeping, recruiting, onboarding, orientations, and general HR operations
Provides front‑desk coverage, assisting incoming visitors, vendors, candidates, customers, and employees
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Preferred
Prior experience in a relevant HR administrative role is a plus
