Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order management process from order entry through fulfillment, invoicing, and reconciliation
Ensure accurate and timely processing of wholesale orders across EDI, manual, domestic, and international channels
Serve as the primary operational partner to Sales while enforcing commercial policies and operational standards
Support seasonal footwear selling cycles and manage style-color-size (SCS) complexity
Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and 3PL partners to ensure OTIF performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain SOPs, QSPs, QSIs and internal controls
Monitor and report key sales operations KPIs and provide operational insights to leadership

Required

7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Commercial Operations within footwear, apparel, or CPG
Deep expertise in order management, EDI workflows, and wholesale account requirements
Strong understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle and cross-functional dependencies
Hands-on experience with SAP (SD module preferred)
Detail-oriented, analytical, process-driven, and collaborative leader
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required
5+ years of experience in leading sales operations/customer service teams
Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash, O2C, process
3+ years of experience partnering with 3PL partners
Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to travel for athlete events, appearances, and activations
