Perform advanced budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, and forecasting functions to support City leadership, department operations, and long-term financial planning
Conduct complex financial, statistical, and operational analyses
Prepare regulatory and financial reports
Support rate-setting, debt management, and cost-of-service studies
Develop financial models and reporting systems to ensure fiscal sustainability and statutory compliance
Serve as a key financial and analytical advisor, providing advanced financial analysis and recommendations while supporting the Finance Director in budget development, financial planning, and fiscal oversight
Qualification
Required
Advanced budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, and forecasting functions experience
Conducting complex financial, statistical, and operational analyses
Preparing regulatory and financial reports
Supporting rate-setting, debt management, and cost-of-service studies
Developing financial models and reporting systems
Ensuring fiscal sustainability and statutory compliance
Providing advanced financial analysis and recommendations
