Maintain and support SharePoint Online sites and PowerApps forms
Troubleshoot issues and respond to internal user requests
Generate reports and analyze data using Excel and Word
Assist in workflow/process improvements for records management
Collaborate with teams across the organization
Learn and apply new software and process updates
Qualification
Required
Experience with SharePoint Online and PowerApps
Strong Excel, Word, and general computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Effective verbal and written communication
Bachelor's degree + 1 year related experience, or high school diploma + 7 years related experience
Preferred
Experience with workflow/form development
Knowledge of records/document management practices
Exposure to SQL, HTML, or other automation tools
