Quality Control Inspector- Second Shift

The role involves monitoring and documenting the quality of finished parts, ensuring proper communication regarding quality issues, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities
Monitor and document the aesthetic quality (color, visual defects) of parts
Monitor the quantity of parts produced compared to production schedule
Accurately complete transactions of production totals in Syteline
Provide timely and complete communication to Line Operators, Crew Leader, Process Crew Leader and all other impacted operations and functional teams regarding quality issues and quantity shortages
Ensure proper packaging of each part per job card, including accurate number of parts per box, boxes per skid and proper packaging materials
Print all necessary production reports and job cards using SyteLine ERP system
Complete dimensional and visual data entry activities as needed
Maintain a clean work area
Perform all other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to differentiate between colors and shades of color
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are required
Demonstrated understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated history of excellent attendance and reliability
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice
Ability to successfully complete all required training
