This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, managing data within ERP systems, and producing financial reports while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate tracking.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and integrate detailed design, development, and construction project schedules into a master schedule
Prepare and maintain project reports, including schedule summaries, performance metrics, cash flow forecasts, and status updates
Maintain project data systems by assigning budgets, project managers, and related project information for capital and operating projects
Ensure project data accuracy by coordinating with managers to correct priorities, levels, descriptions, and statuses
Initiate and maintain project records within ERP systems and load project estimates to support project closeout
Maintain financial and document controls to ensure accuracy of project cost allocations
Produce project audit summary reports, close-out documentation, and responses to data requests
Create queries, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports as required
Produce project development, construction, and operating status reports, including operating and maintenance cost updates
Facilitate monthly project review meetings with functional leaders and project managers; update schedules and project data accordingly
Support and enhance project control processes for Finance, Tax, Asset Accounting, and other stakeholder departments
Assist with regulatory activities, including collecting project data, compiling supporting documentation, and performing variance analysis against approved budgets
Support internal and external audits related to capital and operating costs
Provide system training and user support; assist with system enhancements and documentation of new procedures
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, codes, and applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related field
Strong experience with Primavera (P6) required
Experience with ERP systems and project cost controls
Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting utility, energy, or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with regulatory reporting and public utilities commission requirements
Experience with capital and operating cost audits
