Advertise and market vacant apartments through various channels and websites
Respond to rental inquiries promptly and professionally
Show available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits
Assist property managers in filling vacant units and achieving occupancy goals
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with managers and supervisors to coordinate unit showings
Utilize Yardi software for leasing activities and record-keeping
Adapt to changing demands and remain flexible and patient in handling various leasing tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leasing
Proficiency in Yardi software is a must
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to work with multiple websites
Motivated and driven to contribute to personal and company growth
Ability to relocate upon request
Preferred
Tax-Credit/ Affordable Housing experience
Bilingual – ability to speak Spanish
Flexible to work weekends
