Responsibilities
Collect data and ensure accuracy of all loss data. Develop and conduct regular audits of data
Support the pareto of data, use and train others on the use of root cause analysis tools
Facilitate and document Kaizens as well as PDCA for large projects
Work with plant Engineering to coordinate equipment downtime with planning, maintenance and production to execute TPM activities
Work with Engineering to support design, install, and/or troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
Develop and train others on how to develop TPM work instructions: One Point Lessons, Process Picture Maps, SOP’s, Cleaning Inspection Lubrication (CIL) checklists, etc
Monitor the progress of teams and TPM pillars as compared to the Master Plan and work where needed to ensure plant meets schedule objectives

Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science or Business
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Completed manufacturing internship or co-op
Experience with TPM
