LHH is working with a client seeking an experienced Pricing & Solutions Development Manager to support federal Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts. This role develops pricing strategies, builds cost models, and partners closely with cross-functional teams on federal proposals.

Responsibilities

Build pricing models for federal IFM bids and renewals
Analyze historical facilities spend and develop baseline cost data
Prepare cost proposals, bid sheets, and financial summaries
Collaborate with BD, Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal
Support proposal meetings and structured reviews

Qualification

Pricing strategiesFinancial analysisFederal service contractsAdvanced ExcelCommunicationCross-functional collaboration

Required

7–10+ years pricing or financial analysis in IFM or facilities services
Must have experience supporting federal service contract RFPs
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Local to Alexandria/DMV; hybrid schedule required
