Drive strategic planning and execution of clinical study projects
Lead a team of Directors and Project Managers in global project coordination
Ensure high-quality standards and compliance with regulations
Serve as primary point of escalation for project issues
Manage project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines effectively
Develop and mentor project leadership talent within the organization
Participate in business development and proposal efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or health; advanced degree preferred
15+ years in clinical research with strong project management and line management skills
Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
