Responsibilities
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish quality and reliability standards
Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to optimize efficiency
Recommend improvements for personnel, material, and utilities utilization
Plan and establish sequences of operations for fabrication and assembly processes
Apply statistical methods and perform calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in AutoCad and familiarity with engineering drawings and technical plans
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to dynamic production needs
