Responsibilities
Administer and manage Slack Enterprise Grid and Slack Business+ environments
Plan and execute Slack migrations into an Enterprise Grid instance
Configure and maintain Slack security settings, access methods, and compliance controls
Manage user lifecycle, roles, permissions, and guest accounts with a strong focus on security
Provide day-to-day Slack administration and end-user support
Design, develop, and deploy custom Slack apps using Slack APIs
Monitor integrations, workflows, and third-party app access
Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with security and IT teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Slack Enterprise Grid and Slack Business+
Strong understanding of Slack security, access controls, and guest account management
Hands-on experience performing Slack workspace migrations
Experience with Slack APIs, custom app creation, and deployment
Solid knowledge of Slack administration best practices
Ability to support users in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Preferred
Experience with identity providers (SSO, SCIM, Okta, Azure AD)
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, GDPR)
Scripting or automation experience for Slack administration tasks
