Responsibilities
Review financial statements, activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement
Be a leader in the office and guide the team members to follow company policies and objectives
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses including administrative activities directly related to providing services
Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with executive members, or staff members
Establish and maintain excellent relationships and communication with staff and patients
Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation
Assign job duties and prepare work schedules for clerical staff
Partner with the Director of Operations to ensure the integrity of collecting all forms of payments in the clinic. Report financial collections daily and review monthly
Order and distribute office supplies and navigate other operational expenses
Perform administrative tasks which may include maintaining or overseeing calendars and schedules for staff and patients
Resolve patient complaints
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally overhead, floor to waist height
10 lbs to shoulder height occasionally
Forward reaching, fine motor control (hand and arm)
Sitting for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer
Constant standing and walking
Occasionally bending and squatting
