Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media campaigns to increase new leads, MQLs, SQLs, deals created, pipeline, closed won deals, and closed won revenue
Create and implement SEO strategies to enhance Nuharbor's search engine rankings, organic traffic and closed won revenue driven from organic search
Establish marketing automation processes, including lead nurture (DRIP) campaigns, to improve micro-conversion rates from lead to MQL and reduce time spent in each stage of the Buyer Journey
Lead both qualitative (heatmaps, live user testing) and quantitative (A/B testing) initiatives to optimize website performance and increase conversion rates from visits to leads (and MQLs)
Bring marketing reporting to the next level by constructing a reporting framework to drive accountability and data-driven decision-making based on pipeline/revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially Sales), external agencies, and other stakeholders to achieve demand generation pipeline and closed won revenue objectives
Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for potential growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree
In lieu of a degree, we are open to proven success and a minimum of four (4) years' of relevant experience
5 years of progressive experience in a B2B demand generation role where MQLs, pipeline and closed won revenue were the KPIs
Experience in collaborating with Sales, other Teams in the organization as well as managed outside contractors/agencies to achieve demand generation goals
Analytical thinker who is also able to communicate effectively about the business impact (pipeline, closed won revenue) of their demand generation activities
Ability to construct an inbound revenue reporting model that is transparent, scalable, mindful of attribution, and can be effectively utilized by everyone on the team (self-serve ethos – not hub and spoke)
Strong experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads and Bing Ads) and experience with paid social (especially LinkedIn Ads)
Solid experience with SEO management platforms, such as SEMrush or MOZ
Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Proficient with CRM software
Must be authorized to work in the United States
