Responsibilities
Monitor production environments and respond to alerts and incidents
Track incidents against SLAs and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurrence
Support Informatica and IDMC components, including cloud-based workflows
Assist with migration of workflows from Informatica to IDMC
Debug Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and shell scripts. Review logs and troubleshoot issues
Support code deployments and migrations across environments including development, testing, and production
Use Unix or Linux commands and SQL for data analysis and performance tuning
Support automation using scripting languages such as shell or Python
Use monitoring and ticketing tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Jira, or ServiceNow
Review Yarn and Spark logs as part of production troubleshooting
Configure session objects and support performance tuning for high-volume data processing
Work with metadata-driven ETL processes and batch or job frameworks

Minimum 10 years of experience
