Responsibilities

Work on key assignments to develop fundamental and leadership skills during their first year at Mercy

Engage in high-impact projects and strategic initiatives

Participate in mentorship with senior leaders across Mercy’s healthcare system

Gain hands-on experience in decision-making processes and organizational leadership

Focus on key administrative areas such as Hospital/Clinic Operations, Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, and Innovation
