Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automated test systems for NPI and production environments
Integrate hardware and software components into robust test solutions
Collaborate with design engineering teams to define test requirements and strategies
Develop and maintain test programs using LabVIEW and TestStand (experience desirable)
Support NPI builds by ensuring test coverage and troubleshooting test-related issues
Analyze test data to identify opportunities for process improvement and yield enhancement
Optimize existing production test systems for efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and test technicians
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in test engineering or automated test development
Proficiency in test system architecture and integration
Strong understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and measurement techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand
