Responsibilities
Own Cognos BI architecture and administration across Dev/Test/Prod
Design and support Framework Manager models, reports, and dashboards
Administer security, user access, roles, namespaces (LDAP/AD), and scheduling
Manage deployments, upgrades, and change management
Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting performance and data issues
Monitor platform health and implement continuous improvements
Qualification
Required
8+ years with IBM Cognos BI / Cognos Analytics
Strong expertise in Cognos Administration, Framework Manager, Report Studio
Experience with enterprise BI architecture and performance tuning
Strong SQL and data warehouse experience
Preferred
Financial services or payments experience
