Responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules and budgets, including cost forecasting and financial accountability
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior staff, supporting professional growth
Must be able to foster a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of professional experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Demonstrated long-term success managing projects with a design firm
Experience working on complex architectural projects from concept through completion
Ability to collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
Experience in developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules and budgets
Ability to perform cost forecasting and financial accountability
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior staff
Ability to foster a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture
Preferred
Experience with various project types including Office, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Multifamily Residential, and educational projects
