Responsibilities

Oversee the finance and analytics team, driving accurate financial reporting, operational metrics, and high-quality analytical insights for leadership

Partner closely with sales, operations, and corporate teams to analyze pricing, profitability, capacity, and performance, while responding to ad hoc analytical requests

Build and maintain financial models

Prepare presentation-ready materials for senior leaders

Ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities

Lead and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives

Prioritize team workloads

Ensure analytics outputs meet high quality and business-impact standards

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in accountingMBACPAMAccFinancial systems experienceComplex financial modelingCognosCrystal ReportsSQL skillsSix Sigma experienceBig Four experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (accounting preferred)

MBA or CPA or MAcc

Experience with financial systems and reporting

Ability to create complex financial models for analytics around profitability, pricing, and operations

Experience with COGNOS or Crystal Reports

Intermediate SQL query writing skills

Preferred

Six Sigma Experience and training

Big Four Experience (PWC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte)
