Responsibilities
Analyzes data with standard statistical/financial methods, interpreting the results, and providing written summary of data analysis to assist VAT Team Leaders and Chairs in presenting data to facilitate the decision making process
Conduct market research for products and services relevant to departmental operations
Work with departmental contacts to support Strategic Sourcing Specialists in Request for Proposal (RFP) process
Proactively managing GPO contract enrollment and basic contract renewals
Contract data entry into Workday and PO issuance for non-consumable contracts (i.e. capital equipment, service, software, consulting services, etc.)
Assist Strategic Sourcing Specialist(s) and Clinical Value Analysis Manager(s) in developing and maintaining multi-year initiative pipeline planning efforts
Support Strategic Sourcing Specialist(s) and/or Clinical Value Analysis Manager(s) in cross functional projects related to implementation and conversion of products/services
Develop and maintain contract compliance reporting and/or dashboards in alignment with supply contracts
Ensure proper communication related to project status occurs in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics or a related field required
Valid and current driver's license required
Skill analyzing and organizing work
Skill with verbal and written communication
Skill developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external contacts
Knowledge of contract administration
Knowledge of research principles and practices
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate and present information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to understand the needs of assigned departments
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Ability to travel to various locations in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro
Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force
Preferred
Experience with data analytics preferred
Experience with contract review preferred
