Responsibilities
Configure ADP Performance Management for an upcoming performance cycle
Set up performance review templates, rating scales, competencies, and goal frameworks
Configure workflows, approvals, and employee/manager access
Align the system setup with our performance philosophy and HR policies
Validate configuration through testing and make necessary adjustments
Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations for cycle launch
Support go-live readiness and handoff documentation to HR team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience implementing or configuring ADP Performance Management
Strong understanding of performance management cycles, reviews, and goal setting
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Vantage HCM
Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred
Prior consulting or professional services experience
Experience supporting short-term or rapid ADP implementations
Familiarity with continuous feedback or OKR-based performance models
