Manage and execute appraisal assignments related to multifamily properties
Conduct property inspections

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in property appraisal, market analysis, and relevant software tools
Strong knowledge of multifamily property valuation methods and regulatory compliance
Proficient communication skills, including report writing and client correspondence
Organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple assignments effectively
Active professional certification such as MAI designation (or candidacy status) or state-certified appraiser license
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
