Site Manager

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Atlas Copco point of contact at Hyundai, leading the day-to-day customer relationship and ensuring contract expectations are consistently met
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, calibrations, and inspections on Atlas Copco tools and systems to ensure operational reliability and compliance
Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for tools, systems, and production-related issues
Manage on-site system configurations, data integrity, and basic database interactions to support tool performance and reporting accuracy
Act as the first line of support for diagnosing basic network and system issues impacting tooling and production operations
Ensure continuous functionality and uptime of Atlas Copco tools and services on the customer site
Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with Hyundai stakeholders through clear communication, responsiveness, and service excellence

Required

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in industrial equipment, tools, or production systems
Experience performing preventative maintenance and calibrations
Comfort working with technical systems, configurations, and diagnostics
Familiarity with data systems and production databases
Background in manufacturing, industrial services, automation, or production environments
Experience supporting operational or production-critical systems
Highly self-sufficient and comfortable working independently on-site
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, IT, or a related technical field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
