Vice President of Sales
Synova Partners is working with a highly disruptive endovascular start-up in their search for a dynamic and strategic VP of Sales to lead the company's go-to-market efforts and accelerate their penetration into the US market, following recent FDA approval. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader who thrives in early-stage environments and has a strong track record of introducing paradigm-shifting technology and scaling sales teams.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the commercial strategy
Drive revenue growth through focused market development
Establish the company as the category leader in its space
Lead early adoption within a small number of high-value, deeply engaged accounts
Prioritise depth over breadth: build a small number of high-quality reference sites before broader expansion
Personally develop and maintain senior physician relationships
Translate clinical enthusiasm into durable, repeatable commercial usage
Spend significant time in the field with customers
Act as a hands-on seller in the early phase
Design the future sales organisation structure
Hire and mentor top-tier commercial talent
Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical, and Leadership teams to align strategy
Qualification
Required
Senior commercial leadership experience in the Endovascular space
Proven success in launching disruptive or paradigm-shifting technologies
Demonstrated ability to build markets from scratch
Deep understanding of clinical selling and physician-led adoption
Track record of being both strategic and execution-focused
Preferred
Prior experience in the aortic/endovascular space is strongly preferred
