Responsibilities
Project manage one or more aspects of customer deployments across multiple applications, ensuring completion according to mutually agreed-upon timelines and established policies and procedures
Manage and/or support all facets of an application from system entry through construction completion and delivery of closeout documentation, including but not limited to:
Structural analysis
Site acquisition
A&E services
Land use planning, zoning, and permitting
Lease management
Construction management
Ensure the District Manager, Lead Project Manager (if applicable), and customers are informed of issues that may impact project schedule or cost
Manage and coordinate internal and external team members to obtain and maintain all required project documentation, including but not limited to:
Modifications and collocations
Tower construction documentation
Structural analyses
Leases and title
Permits and regulatory approvals
Soil samples and other required reports
Perform vendor management activities as applicable
Maintain and update project forecasts within project management tools, including initial and revised forecast dates
Participate in internal and external deployment meetings as directed and interface with customer and carrier representatives as needed
Address and resolve design issues as they arise, including limited lease entitlements, additional ground space requirements, easements, and related constraints
Communicate and coordinate effectively with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders
Coordinate with utility providers as required to support project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
1–3 years of project management experience
Knowledge of telecommunications and wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management
Understanding of site acquisition processes, including regulatory and permitting requirements
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand tower and rooftop structural details
Ability to identify workflow issues, critical path constraints, and implement corrective actions
Ability to read and interpret financial metrics and identify solutions to financial issues
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of construction services, including telecom power, fiber, basic construction practices, vendor equipment requirements, towers, lines, and antennas
Ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders
