Office Support Administrator
CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. They are seeking an Office Support Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative and reception support, ensuring the smooth running of the local office and assisting with business development activities across the Channel Islands.

Responsibilities
Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics) to keep the new business and onboarding pipeline accurate and up to date
Record business development meetings, contacts, and events in the CRM and prepare weekly business development reports from CRM data
Support the Office Manager in coordinating business development meetings, networking and local events, and pitch logistics
Assist with preparation of new business proposals, pitch documentation, and general BD administration
Provide reception and front-of-house duties as required, including answering phones, welcoming visitors, setting up meeting rooms and covering full reception responsibilities in the receptionist’s absence
Work as part of the business support to team to plan and assist with office events and internal initiatives
Maintain the shared electronic filing system and ensure documents are stored accurately and securely
Provide administrative support for project-based work and assist colleagues with reasonable tasks related to the role
Adhere to confidentiality and security procedures in handling client and business information
Qualification
Required
Positive, open and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional services environment
Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise routine tasks to meet deadlines
Clear and effective written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with colleagues, clients and local intermediaries
Able to work well as part of a team or independently and follow direction where required
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn CRM tools and internal systems
Commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality, data security and professional conduct
Flexible and adaptable approach to work, dependable in front-of-house duties, with an awareness of occasional time-sensitive tasks across regions
Preferred
Experience in office support, reception or CRM systems is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
