Responsibilities
Build brand awareness and expose the venue(s) to desired clientele, therefore increasing outlet revenue
Acts as the main ambassador of the venue(s), embracing and communicating the message of the property's Nightlife/Daylife experiences and marketing all offerings to the targeted guest base
Actively manages the marketing efforts of the venue(s) by promoting through word of mouth, mass e-mails, text messages, phone calls, attending local networking events and consistently being involved and advertising on social media outlets
Actively supports, partners with and drives results of internal PR, Marking and Social Media teams
Welcomes all guests to the venue(s) professionally and according to the established sequence of service standards
Drives guest development and manages guest relationships by being present inside the venue at critical times, meeting guests and heightening their experience though interaction and engagement
Qualification
Required
Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours
Preferred
3-5 years of marketing experience in a lounge or nightclub setting preferred
Experience with social media marketing
