Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the company’s learning management system, ensuring accurate training records and assignments
Assign and track role-based training, certifications, and retraining requirements
Support employee onboarding by coordinating required training and compliance activities
Monitor training completion, follow up on overdue items, and provide status updates to managers and leadership
Aid in the creation, maintenance, and updates of training materials and curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts
Coordinate training updates related to process or document changes
Manage certification programs and external training records
Generate training and compliance reports to support audits and operational readiness
Deliver training sessions to new and current employees
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in training administration, learning operations, human resources, or a related field
Experience managing all aspects of a learning management system and training record management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Project management experience
Experience in regulated, quality-driven, or technical environments is a plus
Ability to work in an office and/or remote environment
