Responsibilities
Collaborate with Creative Managers and Producers to establish and maintain design standards for attractions and environments
Transform team discussions into clear, creative outputs including concepts, illustrations, and 3D models
Develop design packages and reference materials for external vendors from design through production phases
Oversee creative excellence during construction, installation, and programming phases on-site
Work with cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive creative thread across various workstreams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in experiential retail design, exhibition design, theatrical design, or location-based entertainment
Proficiency in digital design tools such as SketchUp, Maya, Blender, and design/illustration tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong communication skills, both verbally and digitally
Excellent organizational skills using digital tools and Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience with both temporary and long-lasting environments
A portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and mediums
A passion for innovation and creating emotional connections with guests
Understanding of IP in environmental design and its applications
