Responsibilities
Support a project-based initiative focused on improving operational processes and data accuracy
Assist with reviewing system outputs, identifying issues, and documenting findings
Collect, validate, and analyze data to support operational decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including field operators and Home Office Teams
Track progress against defined project goals and timelines
Prepare summaries and presentations to share insights and recommendations with leadership
Qualification
Required
Full-time student currently enrolled at an accredited four-year university/college majoring in an appropriate discipline
Strong interest in business operations, analytics, supply chain, or retail environments
Effective written and verbal communication skills comfortable engaging with potential guests, leadership and key stakeholders
Proficient in basic computer applications including MS Office and efficient in basic Math and calculations
Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with the ability to work cohesively with Levy team members and fellow interns alike
Ability to provide own housing and transportation accommodations to Levy's Chicago Home Office for the duration of the 10-week program
Preferred
Experience with team collaboration and presentations
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or process documentation
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Experience in MS PowerPoint, MS Word MS Excel and project management tools
