The intern will engage with property owners, manage agreements, and maintain accurate records to support the expansion of fiber connectivity.

Responsibilities
Outbound Communication: Initiate and manage outbound calls to Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) property owners to establish contact and secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements facilitating fiber installation directly to individual units
Digital Agreement Management: Utilize DocuSign to efficiently send, track, and obtain digital signatures on ROE agreements from property owners
Stakeholder Support: Respond to property owner inquiries regarding the ROE process, clearly explaining its purpose, benefits, and importance for fiber deployment
Administrative Accuracy: Maintain precise and up-to-date records across platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal tracking tools to ensure seamless project tracking and reporting
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency
Must be able to complete at least 24+ working hours between Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Must be 18+ years of age
Preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with property owners, HOAs, and legal documents
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
Familiarity with fiber network deployment and construction processes is a plus
Proficiency in administrative tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Excel)
