Identify and engage with potential Allied candidates through various sourcing channels to fulfill staffing needs
Screen applicants to assess qualifications and ensure alignment with client requirements
Use current recruiting technology and platforms and hunt for your next fill!
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams
Manage requisitions efficiently, tracking progress and maintaining accurate records
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Allied staffing from a staffing agency side, not in-house
Proven experience recruiting for allied health or healthcare positions
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards and roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
